Acceptable Use Policy

Effective September 22, 2026. MaxProfilePic is intended for lawful, authentic self-presentation and professional-profile graphics.

You may

Create graphics from photos and text you are authorized to use, personalize professional or social profile images, and use your purchased outputs for your own lawful personal or commercial self-promotion.

You may not

• Impersonate another person or falsely suggest their endorsement.
• Upload or use content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Create fraudulent credentials, deceptive identity claims, or materially false professional qualifications.
• Use the service for unlawful threats, harassment, exploitation, or discriminatory abuse.
• Probe, bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with security, payment, licensing, rate limits, or normal service operation.
• Resell access codes or redistribute MaxProfilePic templates, software, or source code as a competing product.

Platform rules

If you use an output on a third-party platform, you are responsible for that platform's current terms, photo rules, advertising rules, and professional-community policies. MaxProfilePic does not provide a bypass or automation tool for any platform.

Enforcement

We may refuse service, revoke abusive access, block automated misuse, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests where reasonably necessary to protect users, MaxGioDigital, or third parties.
