You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in the photo and text you select. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use them.
Your generated package
Subject to the Terms of Service and valid payment, you may use your generated images for your own profiles, portfolio, résumé-related presence, business pages, and lawful self-promotion. You may not extract and resell MaxProfilePic's underlying templates or source code as a competing template library or software service.
Rights concerns
If you believe material hosted by MaxGioDigital infringes your copyright or other rights, submit a notice through Support identifying the protected work, the complained-of material, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the claim. We may request additional information needed to evaluate the notice.
Third-party marks
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in explanatory text does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
