Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026. By using MaxProfilePic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

MaxProfilePic is an independent image-design tool. You select a photo on your device, customize text and visual options, preview 18 available designs, choose six, and may purchase a downloadable package containing those six rendered profile-picture graphics. We do not log into, scrape, automate, post to, or modify accounts on third-party platforms.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use every photo, name, phrase, logo, mark, or other content you enter. You are responsible for deciding whether a finished image complies with the rules of any platform, employer, organization, or jurisdiction where you choose to use it.

License to output

After valid payment, MaxGioDigital grants you a personal and commercial-use license to use your generated output for your own profiles, portfolio, professional presence, and related self-promotion. This does not transfer ownership of MaxProfilePic software, site design, templates, branding, or underlying source code.

No employment or visibility guarantee

We do not guarantee recruiter views, interviews, job offers, engagement, ranking, profile visibility, platform acceptance, or any employment outcome. The product is a design tool, not an employment service or recruiter.

Third-party platforms

References or links to third-party platforms are for identification and user convenience only. MaxProfilePic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or approved by LinkedIn Corporation or any other professional network unless expressly stated by that platform.

Payments and access

Prices are shown before checkout. Each purchase covers one uploaded photo and six designs selected from the design library for that photo. During the active browser unlock period, you may change your six selected designs, adjust them, and re-download the package for that same photo. A different photo requires a new purchase. Access codes and purchase credentials may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to circumvent payment controls.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service to impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, create unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with security, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer access controls, or use another person's purchase credentials without authorization.

Availability and changes

We may update templates, phrases, technical requirements, or site features and may suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxGioDigital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party platforms. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected purchase.

Contact and changes

Questions may be submitted through Support. We may revise these Terms; continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
