Image Privacy
Privacy-first architecture: your selected photo stays in your browser during normal MaxProfilePic creation.
Browser-only processing
The builder uses browser image and Canvas APIs to decode, crop, position, decorate, and export the photo you choose. The image file itself is not intentionally uploaded to MaxProfilePic's server.
No image database
We do not place your selected photo in MariaDB, create a server-side photo library, sell it, use it to train AI systems, perform facial recognition, or derive biometric identity templates from it.
What the server sees
The server can receive ordinary web requests, session and security information, limited product events, purchase-verification requests, and during an unlocked purchase a one-way SHA-256 fingerprint of the selected image file. The fingerprint is used only to enforce one photo per purchase and does not contain the image pixels or file contents.
Clearing the working photo
Reload or close the builder page to clear its in-memory working state. If you are on a shared computer, also remove any downloaded package from that computer when you are finished.
Downloads
After a valid unlock, your browser creates the PNG files and ZIP package locally. Once downloaded, those files are under your control and are subject to your device, cloud-backup, browser, and any third-party platform settings you choose to use.
Support
Please do not send us sensitive photographs unless Support specifically requests a file to diagnose a problem and you are comfortable doing so. Most issues can be handled without transmitting the original photo.
